3. Pressing, unloading and topping parts: The function of these parts is to ensure the elimination of parts and waste after the stamping process is completed; it mainly includes parts such as discharge plate, topper, pneumatic topping device, etc.
4. Guide parts: It is to ensure accurate guidance when the upper mold and the lower mold move relative to each other, so that there is a uniform gap between the punch and the female mold, and improve the quality of the stamping parts; including guide posts, guide sleeves, guide plates and other parts.
5. Install and fix parts: The function of these parts is to connect the above four parts as a whole, ensure the relative position of each part, and enable the mold to be installed on the press; including upper template, lower template, mold handle, fixed plate, backing plate, screw, cylindrical pin, etc.
6. Buffer parts: including discharge spring, polyurethane rubber and nitrogen cylinder, etc.
7. Safety parts and other auxiliary parts: mainly include safety side pins, safety screws, working limiters, storage limiters, loading and unloading racks, waste chute, lifting rods, lifting lugs, etc.
