Common problems of precision stamping

Release time:2024-01-11 11:23

Common problems in metal stamping include: deformation and burrs of precision stamping parts; cracks, warping, surface scratches, angular deformation, etc. of bent parts; flange wrinkling, deep drawing wall wrinkling, deep drawing wall damage, cracking, etc. of drawn parts; Flanging cracks, uneven bulging, etc.
The solution to common problems: mold design should have a reasonable convex and concave mold clearance values, fillet radius and processing accuracy. When designing the bending die, effective measures should be taken to reduce the springback and the springback amount should be subtracted from the die. Reasonable fillet should be designed to prevent bending and cracking. When drawing, use the edge holder ring to prevent wrinkling, and the pressure should be moderate; Use proper lubrication to reduce the drawing resistance to prevent the die from sticking or pulling through the workpiece; Use professional stamping oil that meets the process requirements.
