Fine nozzle die: the runner and gate of this type of steel office furniture stamping die are not on the parting line, but are generally directly on the product. therefore, an extra set of nozzle parting lines should be designed, which is more complicated and difficult to process. generally, the fine nozzle system should be selected according to the product requirements.
Hot runner mold: the structure of this kind of mold is basically the same as that of fine nozzle. the difference is that the runner is located in one or more hot runner plates and hot nipple with constant temperature. stamping automation has no cold material demoulding. the runner and gate are directly on the product, so the runner does not need demoulding. this system is also called waterless system, which can save raw materials and is suitable for the situation of expensive raw materials and high product requirements, and difficult design and processing, the mold cost is higher.
